Refund Policy

Here at World Explorer Candle Co we offer a 30-day returns policy which mean that you have a full 30 days to return any item that you order from us.

To be eligible for a refund you must return the item/s in the original packaging and in the state at which it arrived with you along with proof of purchase.

If you wish to return any product please email us at the first chance at heydarlingcreations@gmail.com and we will be able to assist you with this. If you are entitled to a refund we will send you a returns label and instructions on where to take the item.  Any items returned without first contacting ourselves will not be entitled to a refund. 

Damaged or incorrect items

Please ensure that you check your order as soon as you receive it. If your items are damaged or an incorrect item has been sent please contact us straight away so we can rectify this.
